The Body of Knowledge tells stories from the intersection of science and fitness.
Each story is born in a conversation about quality of life and incubates until it grows into actionable insight.
The show is hosted by myself and former comedian and lifelong human performance coach, Kenny Kane, and produced by Josh EmBree, a lifelong lifter with a PhD in Statistics and Human Behavior.
We spend extensive time on each show, so they don't come out very often. Volume 1 featured 9 Chapters:
Chapter 1. Everything You Need to Know About Muscle "Fiber Types"
Chapter 2. Who Kenny Kane is, and His Journey From Stand-up Comedy to Coaching
